Badge scanning, check-in and badge printing for regional trade shows.
One per-event price covers the front-desk check-in app, on-demand badges and a lead capture app for every exhibitor. Built for real event budgets: free test event, then $299 all in.
One event, two apps.
One app for vendors scanning leads on the floor. One app for registration, kiosk check-in, and badge printing at the front desk. Both run off the same attendee list.

ScanDeck Lead Capture
Booth staff scan attendee badges, tag and note each lead, and export the list after the show. Scans queue offline on iOS and Android, with up to 12 people per booth sharing one lead list.

ScanDeck Check-In
Registration teams check attendees in at the desk or in kiosk mode, look people up from the Eventbrite or uploaded attendee list, add walk-ins, and print name badges on the spot.
Three jobs, one event setup.
Import attendees, run staff-assisted or kiosk check-in and print badges, then capture leads on the floor, all from the same event.
Eventbrite sync or file upload
Connect Eventbrite for live sync, or upload a CSV or XLSX export from RegFox or any other registration tool and map the fields. One import sets up check-in, badge printing, and lead scanning.
Front desk, kiosk mode, and badges
Scan ticket QR codes, look people up by name, or set a tablet in kiosk mode so attendees can check themselves in. Add walk-ins on the spot and print badges: pre-printed Avery badges, full-page on-demand badges, or Brother QL labels. Custom schedule rows can be printed on badge backs or full-page inserts. Each badge QR is a private token, so no attendee contact details are printed in the code.
Scan leads, then export
Vendors scan badges at the booth, tag and note each lead with scans that queue offline, and export a clean CSV that imports into HubSpot or Salesforce. Organizers can export across all vendors.
Why regional shows pick ScanDeck

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about badge scanning, check-in, imports and pricing. See how the trade show badge scanner works, what lead retrieval for organizers involves, what badge printing and lead capture cost per event, or the pricing FAQ for buying details.
What is ScanDeck?
ScanDeck is a badge scanner and lead capture app for regional trade shows, expos and conferences. Exhibitors scan attendee badges with an iOS or Android phone, and organizers see leads arrive on a real-time dashboard. Single Event purchases do not require an annual contract, and paid plans do not auto-renew.
Is there an iPhone and Android app?
Yes. ScanDeck is available as a mobile app for iOS and Android, so booth staff can scan badges on the phones they already carry. The demo runs in a browser so organizers can preview the workflow before buying.
Can I try ScanDeck before paying?
Yes. A live demo is available at demo.scandeckapp.com with pre-loaded sample vendors and attendees, so you can walk a full lead-capture flow before purchasing. A free test event also lets you run a real 3 vendor login, 25 attendee event at no cost.
Does ScanDeck work offline?
Yes. Every device queues scans locally and syncs automatically the moment connectivity returns, so spotty venue Wi-Fi never costs you a lead.
How do I export my leads?
Export a CSV that opens in Excel or Google Sheets and imports into HubSpot or Salesforce. Each vendor exports their own list; organizers can export across all vendors at the event.
What does pricing look like?
Per-event tiers from $299 (Starter, 25 vendor logins) up to $2,199 (Pro, 250 vendor logins). Event Packs save 5–12% for organizers running multiple shows. Annual Unlimited covers up to 25 events per year for $6,499.
How can I import attendees?
You can connect Eventbrite for live sync, or upload a CSV or XLSX file with field mapping, including an export from RegFox or another registration tool. There is no direct RegFox connection. The same attendee list powers check-in, badge printing, and lead scanning.
Is there a check-in app for the front door?
Yes. A dedicated ScanDeck Check-In app runs staff-assisted check-in and kiosk mode for attendee self check-in. Staff can scan ticket QR codes, look up registered attendees, add walk-ins, and print name badges on supported Avery layouts, 8.5 x 11 pages, or a Brother QL-820NWB label printer over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. It uses the same attendee list as the scanner app.
